Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging and documentation

  • Not be part of clearance or final-sale inventory (unless defective)

Returns received outside of the 30-day window may not be accepted.

How to Begin a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos, if applicable (especially for damaged or defective items)

Once reviewed, our team will provide a return authorization and instructions. We value respectful communication and promise to handle each case with care.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return and completing an inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Exchanges

For those seeking a replacement or a different variant of a product, we suggest completing the return process first and placing a new order separately. This ensures clarity and speed in inventory management.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you’ve received a product that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out immediately with supporting images, and we will prioritize your request for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Restocking Fee

For certain heavy-duty or bulk-returned items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied. This will be disclosed to you in the return instructions if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe return.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at [email protected]. Beyond this timeframe, the order may already be in processing or transit and thus cannot be canceled.
